Stuttgart's cycle route network has been expanded since 2010. There are now more than 200 kilometers of cycle paths available for cycling. The state capital offers a varied network of routes for leisure and on the way to work. This page gives you an overview - from the cycle route planner to parking.

Whether it's to work or for a trip into the countryside: Stuttgart offers cyclists a wide variety of routes. The main cycle route 1 runs through the entire city, including through the Lower Palace Gardens.

Cyclists are not only faster than cars over shorter distances of up to around ten kilometers, they also arrive more relaxed, work with greater concentration and are less likely to fall ill. Many companies therefore promote cycling for their employees as part of  company mobility management (BMM ).
