The parklands invite visitors to relax and enjoy a wide range of activities. Around 600 hectares of Stuttgart’s green spaces consist of high-quality designed and ecologically maintained parks and green areas. In addition to the large, central parks of the “Green U” such as the popular Höhenpark Killesberg or the Schlossgarten, these include such diverse facilities as the Stadtpark Vaihingen, the Travertinpark in Hallschlag or the “Grüner Heiner” in Weilimdorf.
