The Citizens' Service for Living in Old Age offers a wide range of advice and support, especially for older people and their relatives. The staff will take time for you, listen to you and work with you to find suitable solutions, for example
- if your pension is not enough
- if you need help with applications
- if you or someone in your family needs help in the household or with care
- if you have questions about care insurance
- if you are looking for contact with other people
Counseling is confidential and free of charge, regardless of your religious denomination or nationality. Interpreters can be called in if necessary. Home visits are also possible if you are unable to make an appointment with us.
