Market reports and dashboard

The condominiums dashboard shows the transfers of ownership of condominiums in the Stuttgart city area registered with the office of the expert committee for the last 5 years. The dashboard distinguishes between sales of new-build apartments (first sale) and existing apartments. The data presented provides a descriptive overview of transactions and prices of condominiums. It is not suitable as a data basis for valuation. The data is updated every 4-6 weeks.

The office of the expert committee also produces a quarterly report four times a year. This information on the Stuttgart property market is based on evaluations of the purchase price collection and provides detailed insights into current developments in sales figures and purchase prices. Since 2020, the expert committee has made the quarterly reports available for download free of charge.

The expert committee publishes an annual property market report, in which the market developments of the previous year are presented. The Stuttgart real estate market is made transparent through the preparation and presentation of all sales, the price levels for different types of real estate and the price developments of previous years.

As a basis for market-oriented valuations, the data required for the valuation is published in the property market report. The information is based on evaluations of the purchase price collection of the expert committee, which also contains information on the furnishings and fittings of apartments collected using questionnaires, and on the experience of its members.
