Day care center for children Bernsteinstraße

The daycare center is located in Sillenbuch, on the southern edge of Stuttgart. The large outdoor area with play and climbing equipment and a small meadow orchard invites the children to enjoy an everyday life close to nature. The premises of our facility are also characterized by spaciousness and different educational areas.

Insights into our daycare center

A structured daily routine is important to give the children orientation and security in everyday life. Recurring rituals and repetitions give the children reliability and structure, which enables them to act more independently in everyday life. The daily routine in our facility is designed in such a way that the children have plenty of time to take part in educational activities or free play.

In order to be able to do the best possible work with children and their families, we need and use the various strengths and resources of other institutions. For example, we cooperate with counseling centers, the health department, the public library, the elementary school and/or the special education early intervention center. The police with their road safety education, the theater, the reading mentor or the "Singen-Bewegen-Sprechen" with its offers are also educational partners that support and enrich our work.
