Terms of Reference:

The employees of the Service Center of the Main and Personnel Office advise, among other things, the demand units and responsible coordination units in public procurement law, have a leading role in the implementation of procurement procedures in the area of supplies and services, prepare municipal council documents for the preparation of award decisions, are responsible for the documentation of procurement procedures and prepare innovations in public procurement law. The legal basis for their work is GWB, VgV, UVgO and BVO.

An e-tendering software solution is used to carry out tenders. This enables the execution of all awards in electronic form.
