Task definition:

Central Purchasing is responsible within the city administration for the procurement of goods and services required for the fulfillment of municipal tasks. The actions of Central Purchasing are determined by the current procurement and contract award regulations of the City of Stuttgart (BVO).

Central Purchasing consists of the Specialist Coordination Offices (FKS)  >> including the Eco-Fair-Social (ÖFS) department, the Service Center of the Main and Personnel Office (DLZ)  >>, Invoice Processing (RB) >> and Technical Operations >> with carpentry, transport column and warehouse.
