The Real Estate Department of the  Real Estate Office is divided into the following areas

The Property Transactions Department conducts negotiations on

• the purchase, sale and exchange of developed and undeveloped municipal properties,
• the granting/cancellation/reversion/encumbrance etc. of heritable building rights to municipal properties,
• the creation/cancellation of easements in favor of the city or a municipal property,
• the assumption of building encumbrances encumbering municipal properties,
• the exercise of purchase, pre-emption, repurchase, reacquisition and rescission rights.

The employees in this department draw up the necessary legal declarations and contracts on the basis of the results of the negotiations and accompany these from signing to completion.

If municipal properties are put up for public sale, they are also advertised from here on the Internet, in the official gazette and in the local daily press.
