In principle, personal appointments at the Office for Educational Support are only possible by appointment. Please make an appointment by calling 0711/216-81465. Inquiries can also be answered by telephone and applications and documents are accepted by post.
Nowadays, students or participants in further education can apply for BAföG or AFBG benefits digitally in three ways:
- by completing, naming and submitting the paper forms available from the Office for Training Requirements
- by completing the forms provided on the Internet on a PC and then printing them out, entering your name and submitting them
- or by submitting an electronic application via the BAföG Digital or AFBG Digital application assistant from the federal and state governments
