If the citizens' office in your district is closed or the number of visitors is too high, you can also use the services at any other citizens' office in Stuttgart.
Exception: The citizens' offices in Botnang, Hedelfingen, Möhringen, Mühlhausen, Münster, Obertürkheim, Plieningen, Sillenbuch, Stammheim, Wangen and Weilimdorf do not offer resident parking permit services.
