Project description

As part of the refurbishment, the technology used during construction will be renewed and the building will be digitized. The roof and the facade will be renovated for energy efficiency.

A PV system will be installed on the roof.

All surfaces and the sanitary facilities will be replaced.

The construction work cannot be carried out during ongoing operations, so the former commercial school in Zellerstraße will be used as an interim facility.
