The building with its gable roof is oriented along the Großglocknerstraße and was set back from the street to create space for a widening of the sidewalk.
With its size, the new building fits in scale with the surrounding buildings and takes into account the surrounding townscape.
The outdoor area at the rear of the daycare facility was created on a partial area of the adjacent “Alter Friedhof” site. The main entrance to the entrance foyer of the building is located on the side of the square by the old pharmacy. It is barrier-free.
