“Hands up 2025” - The training fair for Stuttgart’s skilled trades

The “Hands up 2025” training fair for Stuttgart’s skilled trades will be held on Friday and Saturday, March 21 and 22, on Stuttgart’s market square.

The Minister for Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism, Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, will open the training fair together with Lord Mayor Dr. Frank Nopper on Friday, 21 March at 10 a.m. in the Optik Binder premises on Marktplatz. The focus this year will once again be on the “climate professions”.

In the exhibition tent on the market square, school pupils will have the opportunity to find out about career opportunities in the skilled trades and at the City of Stuttgart and to make direct contact with training companies. Interested parties can find out about the wide range of training opportunities in more than 130 skilled trades at numerous information stands and find out about climate protection in the skilled trades, among other things.

City of Stuttgart informs about its apprenticeships

The City of Stuttgart will also be exhibiting at the fair and presenting various apprenticeships at several stands. A team from the central training department will be on site with training managers and trainees from various offices and in-house companies. They will provide information about their trades.

In Stuttgart, a good 5,600 skilled trades companies with around 2,000 trainees and 52,000 employees master large and small tasks, special challenges and innovative projects for their customers, from private households to large industrial companies.

The “Hands up 2025” training fair of the Stuttgart skilled trades is open on Friday from 9 am to 4 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm. Further information is available online at  https://hands-up.online. (opens in a new tab)
