Problem materials

Problem substances are harmful to the environment and must therefore not be thrown into the usual residual waste.

Cans with paint or varnish residues belong to the group of problem substances and must not be thrown into the residual waste.

Many problematic substances must or can be disposed of via the mobile hazardous waste collection system. These include:

  • Chemicals of all kinds
  • energy-saving lamps
  • Liquid paints and varnishes
  • Fuels and engine and transmission oils
  • solvents
  • thinners
  • spray cans with residual contents
  • mercury-containing thermometers, barometers, manometers

Acceptance conditions and timetable

The collection of hazardous waste is carried out with the mobile hazardous waste collection system.
