In addition to consultation documents, agendas and minutes, applications and questions from the municipal council can also be accessed in the digital council information system. ALLRIS also provides information on the meeting dates and agendas of the municipal council and its committees as well as the dates of the district councils.
With the introduction of ALLRIS, paper mailings from the administration for committee work have been discontinued and are now completely digital in the council information system. There is no longer any need to sign in on paper or to send out printed agendas, meeting documents or minutes. ALLRIS thus makes an important contribution to digitization and increases the efficiency of the administration.
Note: The previous council archive will be gradually transferred to our new council information system ALLRIS. The old archive will allow access to the database until the municipal council meeting on July 24, 2024. All future meeting documents can be viewed via ALLRIS.
