Stuttgart trade fair
Messe Stuttgart (opens in a new tab) is one of the top ten trade fair companies in Germany. A diverse range of products, the convenient location and the size make it so attractive. More than 23,500 exhibitors present themselves annually on the 120,000 square meters of space. With its nine halls and large outdoor area, the Stuttgart trade fair center is the eighth largest in the Federal Republic. The draw: In 2018, more than 1.36 million visitors were counted. The range of trade fairs is varied and appeals to many different target groups, from CMT - the world’s largest public trade fair for tourism and leisure - to Comic Con and the Stuttgart Trade Fair Autumn. In 2007, the trade fair moved from Killesberg to the immediate vicinity of Stuttgart Airport. Visitors and exhibitors alike benefit from the good connections: The S-Bahn from the main train station takes less than half an hour, and the A81 and the B27 provide good connections for motorists.
International Congress Center Stuttgart (ICS)
The International Congress Center Stuttgart (ICS), which is integrated into the new trade fair center (opens in a new tab), offers optimal conditions for congresses, presentations, conferences and banquets. The new congress halls and meeting rooms of the International Congress Center Stuttgart, which incidentally are all illuminated by daylight, can accommodate up to 10,000 people. The C1 congress hall is particularly innovative: up to 3,000 people can be accommodated on just under 2,700 square meters. The highlight: a soundproof and flexible partition wall system allows the room to be divided into two, three or four halls. The congress hall is also equipped with a fixed stage; if the room is divided, ea center (opens in a new tab), offers optimal conditions for congresses, presentations, conferences and banquets. The new congress halls and meeting rooms of the International Congress Center Stuttgart, which incidentally are all illuminated by daylight, can accommodate up to 10,000 people. Liederhalle Culture and Convention Center (KKL)
Located in the center of the state capital, the Liederhalle Culture and Congress Center (opens in a new tab) is the central address for events. Located on Berliner Platz, it has been offering a generous and diverse range of rooms for congresses, conferences and seminars for more than 50 years. In addition, the Liederhalle is one of Germany’s leading concert halls. Night after night, top-class events take place in the five concert halls, which can seat up to 6,000 people. Its special acoustics and architecture have attracted renowned top musicians, artists and orchestras to Stuttgart for decades. A cinema, literature house and a varied range of restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. A first-class hotel with 555 rooms is also located directly in the building.
