Advantages of the parent account
To find a childcare place for your child, you can now use the municipal daycare portal. It is first necessary to create a parent account. With the password-protected parent account, you can manage your personal data and childcare place requests yourself and upload documents. You will receive messages about status changes by email - you will see all information after logging in to your parent account.
The parent account also offers other advantages:
- You can accept place offers from daycare centers directly in the parent account with one click.
- You have an overview of childcare place requests and their current status at all times.
- You can manage several children in one parent account.
- Communication with the daycare service, family information or the daycare centers is data protection compliant.
Please note: Each child may only be saved once. If duplicate children are detected by the duplicate detection system, the duplicate will be blocked for further allocation of places.
