Information for private customers and businesses
Online appointments are reserved exclusively for private customers. Commercial applicants such as car dealerships, registration services and dealers are therefore requested not to make bookings via the online system. Separate dealer counters are available daily for commercial registration applications - without the need to make an appointment in advance.
Please note: If an online appointment is nevertheless reserved by a business, the request cannot be processed at the private customer counter. In this case, any delays in processing are the responsibility of the commercial applicant.
Some services can also be carried out directly online by private customers and businesses. These include, for example Registering a new vehicle online, re-registering a vehicle, deregistering a vehicle online (deregistration) and reserving license plates.

Available appointments at the vehicle registration office are displayed for the next four weeks. After successful booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which you must bring with you to your appointment. You will need this e-mail to check in at the vehicle registration office using the call system - either via QR code or with the six-digit PIN.
Please arrive punctually for booked appointments to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Cancel in good time if you are unable to attend so that appointments that have become free can be reallocated. Your appointment will be forfeited if you are late.
