The speed at which technology is advancing is forcing IT organizations to rethink their own IT strategy and increasingly work with external service providers. The IT Service Management & Integration (SMI) department acts as a link between the internal customer organization and internal and external service providers. We shape the IT strategy, the IT roadmap and the IT service management of the state capital Stuttgart. With an optimized IT service portfolio adapted to the market and holistic IT services, we ensure that the digitalization of our city can progress. SMI’s coordinating and steering role will enable the state capital of Stuttgart to work seamlessly with many different suppliers and make this process smart and efficient.
